Promotion Mechanics

  • Promotion period will run from August 10 to 31, 2026.
  • Discounts and voucher redemption are only available for purchases made through MSI-authorized resellers in the Philippines.

How to Redeem

  1. Register through the official Google Forms link: https://msi.gm/MSIBackToSchool_AugustVoucherRedemption
  2. Complete the registration form by providing the following information and supporting documents:

    Required Information

    • Full Name (must exactly match the name reflected on the valid government-issued ID and official sales invoice)
    • Email Address (where the SM e-Voucher will be sent)
    • Contact Number
    • Date of Purchase
    • Purchase Location/Store Branch
    • Product Model
    • Product Serial Number

    Required Supporting Documents

    • Scanned copy of the original sales invoice showing the following:
      • Sales Invoice Number
      • Date of Purchase
      • Customer's Full Name
      • Customer's Address (if applicable)
      • Customer's Contact Number (if applicable)
      • Complete MSI Product Model Purchased and Product Serial Number
      • Store Name and Branch Location
      • Scanned copy of one (1) valid government-issued ID. The name reflected on the ID must exactly match the customer name indicated on the sales invoice and the online registration.

    For Company Purchases

    If the sales invoice is issued under a company name, the claiming representative must also submit:

    • A soft copy of the company's Authorization Letter printed on the company's official letterhead and signed by the authorized signatory.
    • Scanned copies of one (1) valid government-issued ID and company ID of both the company's authorized signatory and the claiming representative.

    Failure to submit complete and valid supporting documents shall result in the disqualification of the redemption request.

  3. A confirmation email will be sent once the registration has been successfully submitted.
  4. Verification and voucher processing may take up to thirty (30) business days upon receipt of complete and valid requirements. Incomplete registration details or supporting documents may result in additional processing time.
  5. Each eligible MSI laptop or MSI Claw serial number is entitled to only one (1) SM e-Voucher. Duplicate redemption requests using the same product serial number or sales invoice shall automatically be rejected.
  6. SM e-Vouchers are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
  7. Personal information collected from customers shall be used solely for the purpose of this promotion and in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Such information shall not be shared with third parties without the customer's explicit consent, except as required by law.
  8. If the registered MSI product is returned, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded, the customer must notify MSI in writing. The corresponding voucher redemption shall automatically be cancelled without further notice. If the voucher has already been issued, MSI reserves the right to require the return of the redeemed promotional item or its equivalent value within fourteen (14) calendar days from notice.
  9. Customers who claim the voucher and subsequently return, exchange, cancel, or refund the product without notifying MSI shall be disqualified from participating in any future MSI redemption programs.
  10. MSI reserves the right to reject any redemption request involving altered or tampered sales invoices, forged supporting documents, manipulated or invalid serial numbers, duplicate redemption attempts, false or misleading information, unauthorized purchases, or any fraudulent or suspicious activity. MSI may request additional supporting documents or proof of purchase whenever necessary to verify the legitimacy of any redemption request.
  11. The SM e-Voucher must be redeemed on or before October 30, 2026 which is sixty (60) days after the end of the promotion period.
  12. This promotion is non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and may not be used in conjunction with other MSI promotions unless otherwise stated.

Terms & Conditions

  • Only one (1) freebie bundle or e-voucher per registered MSI laptop serial number is allowed.
  • Only purchases from MSI-authorized sellers in the Philippines are eligible for bundle redemption.
  • This offer is exclusively available to end-user customers only. Purchases made on behalf of any business by MSI employees, MSI affiliates, partners, cooperating companies and agencies, dealers, distributors, or their employees will not be accepted.
  • MSI reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure compliance with these Terms & Conditions and may request additional information or supporting documents.
  • MSI is authorized to exclude any customer from participation without notice under the following conditions:
    • Manipulation of registration details.
    • Multiple applications using the same serial number.
    • Submission of data after the deadline.
  • The monetary value of any giveaway is not redeemable for cash. Reissuance in case of loss is not possible.
  • By submitting the registration data, the customer confirms that all eligibility requirements are fulfilled and agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
  • MSI reserves the right to end the promotion without prior notice if:
    • Unforeseen circumstances or events beyond MSI's control make continuation impossible.
    • Fraudulent activity or misuse of the promotion is detected.
    • Technical issues or system failures prevent proper execution.
    • Legal or regulatory changes affect validity or execution.
    • The promotion's budget or resources are exhausted earlier than expected.
    • The product or service is discontinued or unavailable.
    • Participants or affiliates violate the Terms & Conditions.
  • Each customer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data. Personal information submitted will be used solely for processing this promotion and will be handled in accordance with the EU Data Protection Rules.
  • MSI reserves the right to change promotion details without prior notice.
