Ｑ：Will my data be wiped?
Ａ：Loss of data will not occur during the remote session as we would only be changing system settings, driver installations and the removal of associated drivers and utilities. If we require to remove certain software during troubleshooting stage, we will ask for your consent before proceeding and also none of your private and personal data will be transmitted back to our server.
Ｑ：Preparation before the remote session
Ａ：Prior the remote session begins, you are required to save and close works you are currently working on as we do not want to accidentally close them and the loss of your important data may happen as a result.
Ｑ：Will I need to be in front of the computer during the remote session?
Ａ：Yes, during the remote session you are required to be in front of the computer whole time until the session finishes as the computer will restart several times during the process and we would require you to accept the remote connection again as soon as you are back into Windows. If you need be away from the remote session for personal reasons then the remote session will continue when you become available again.
Ｑ：Computer Virus concerns
Ａ：All of the drivers, utilities and software will be downloaded from our official page and well known websites so they are free from computer viruses.
Ｑ：Can anyone remote access my computer without permission
Ａ：Every remote access connection requires a special access code and the acceptance from you before the session will be connected.
Ｑ：Does my Windows operating system needs to be fully updated before the remote session
Ａ：Yes, as latest windows build version and updates contain many bug-fixes of known issues so it is recommended to have Windows updated to the latest build version until no further update before we begin. Not only that, all the latest drivers and utilities are based on the latest Windows build version so in order to prevent compatibility issues, please have Windows fully updated.
